Kanban philosophy in a few words
Last point refers to what I used to call the “my wife doesn’t like your design” symptom. Collect the data you need in time to make responsible decisions. Repeat. Collect the data you need in time to make responsible decisions. And sometimes, just regard it and trust your instinct.

Are you thinking or are you farting?
Though too much thinking can lead you to procrastination and never really finish what you started, a little bit of deep thinking can lead to mature and coherent design… As design is mainly about solving problems, it surely can’t harm if you ask yourself why those problems are here before jumping into solving them blindly. The 5 whys rule rules!

    The “product-sense” pillar
This article relates to another thing that I really like about the agile approach : keep the big picture in mind. If you don’t know where your work fits in the whole product, or how the product fits in the company strategy, then you’re doomed :)
